Ronald Stidham

Judicial Process in America, 9th edition is now available.

My co-authors, Professors Robert A. Carp of the University of Houston and Kenneth L. Manning of the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth, and I spent most of 2012 working on this latest edition of our college textbook. We're proud of the book and thank the many professors at universities and colleges throughout the country who have adopted both this edition and previous editions. Although it is used primarily as a basic textbook in undergraduate and graduate judicial process courses, it is also recommended for non-academics wishing to gain a better understanding of the nature and process of resolving legal cases in the United States.

It is available for purchase from the publisher, CQ Press, or Amazon.

I'm currently working on another book of favorite family stories so stay tuned for further adventures with Gary, Pat, and Ronnie as well as their kin folks and friends. I'll let you know when I've finished it. In the meantime, if you know someone who might enjoy reading my first two books about life in southwest Virginia during the first sixty or so years of the twentieth century, tell them to pick up a copy from Infinity Publishing, Amazon or The Powell Valley News in Pennington Gap, VA. Better yet, buy them a copy. They make nice gifts.

Stop by again soon. If you have any questions or comments, just go to the contact page and drop me an e-mail. Thanks.
